Cameron Winegar
Founder of BRE+ | Operations Director
Cameron has a background in real estate investing, business facilitation, sales, and education. He owns a small real estate investment company and has been a top producing commercial and residential real estate agent in his community. He has several years of experience working as a business facilitator for EDCs and chamber departments on behalf of LEDG. Cameron worked as an educational psychology instructor prior to that. He graduated with his bachelor's degree from Lubbock Christian University and his master's degree from Angelo State University.
Matty McLain

Matty has a background that includes sales, online business, guerrilla marketing, operations management, and business start-ups. He has 15+ years of working with EDCs and chamber departments. Matty graduated from the University of North Texas where he studied Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management. He is the owner of a successful marketing company and has experience in a variety of industries including fundraising, electronics recycling, wholesale baking, and consulting.
Spencer McElhannon
BRE+ Board Member | Founder of LEDG
Spencer has been an entrepreneur for the past 25 years. His background includes experience in light manufacturing, personal and professional services, technology, oil & gas, and agriculture. He has 15+ years of working with EDCs and chamber departments. Over the past two decades, Spencer has built businesses in Texas, Colorado, New York, Tennessee, California and the Eastern Caribbean. Spencer, along with two partners, was recognized by INC. Magazine as one of the "INC. 500" - a national ranking of the 500 fasting growing private companies in America. Spencer is a graduate of Baylor University.
Mark Murray
BRE+ Board Member | Founder of True Title Partners
Mark has been an entrepreneur for the past 20 years. His background includes experience in real estate sales, real estate investing, construction and general finance. He is the co-founder of a title company, real estate investment company, and several contracting companies. He also has experience as a partner in a finance and lending company. Mark is a graduate of Texas Tech University.
